Grace Lutheran Narthex Gets A Renew Stained Glass!
When St. Paul Lutheran Church of Farmers Branch closed its doors and merged with Grace Lutheran Church of Carrollton, the large Stained-Glass picture of Jesus was disassembled and put into storage.
It was originally built by Eric Moriak (team lead), Cathy Consolino, Melody Kolbensvik, Bill St. John, Steve & Cathy Zwernemann. It was dedicated at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Farmers Branch TX at the First Sunday in Advent worship service in December, 1996. Rev. Richard Dow was the presiding minister and a member of the design team for this project.
It has since been restored!
It was installed the first week of June in our Narthex above the entrance into the sanctuary. The restoration and installation of this beautiful artwork was paid for by dedicated memorial funds from members of
St. Paul & Grace, including Clint Frank and his family.
